Insulation, Geofoam, packaging, bridge deck fillers, flotation, and custom shapes are just naming a few of its uses. Whether you need sheets of foam or an intricately cut contour piece, ICA is here for you. EPS-Geofoam Limited Warranty

Limited Warranty. Insulation Company of America hereby warrants that for a period of ten (10) years, commencing with the date of delivery (the “Warranty Period”), that the EPS Geofoam product will maintain 90% of its ASTM D6817 Compressive Resistance at 1%.

ICA offers a variety of standard EPS products along with full customized solutions.

Recyclable

All of our in-house EPS scraps and excess trim are reused in our manufacturing process. We also accept clean, recyclable EPS from our customers as well as from the public. Rather than see it go to a landfill, these EPS remnants go through the grinder while beads and dust particles are separated. The beads are then reincorporated into the EPS production process to make more EPS blocks. The captured dust particles are densified into cubes which are exported and eventually used to create other objects such as picture frames, etc.
