Blue Water Glass, Inc. was created in 1999 by Dana Ulmer.
With humble beginnings, Blue Water Glass started to fabricate and install glass and glazing for HUD projects in Detroit. As well as local storefront systems in the Port Huron area. We incorporated in the state of Michigan in 2002 and began collaborating with national retail companies like Gap & Victoria’s Secret. In 2006, we started working with Apple installing stainless steel storefront and glass systems across the nation. Quickly our abilities expanded to not only furnishing labor, but also fabricating and supplying the custom designed systems.

Design and Engineering

Blue Water uses the most advanced technology for concepting designs, such as Sketch Up, shop drawings from AutoCad, modeling for production from Solid Works, and engineered analysis from RFEM. We have taken on challenges that give us a unique perspective in making dreams a functional reality.

Project Management

Our dedicated team oversees the entire project through all phases of construction, from estimating to design and through execution. We strive to work budgets aggressively and get material to you for the right price.

Blue Water Glass’s core building model is designed around our clients need to take a design from inception, nurture it through the development of materials, and construct a final product that can be reproduced for a multi-store distribution. We pride ourselves in the value of maintaining your look by manufacturing a system that can be installed with local labor which ultimately satisfies the market requirement for budget restraints and consistent client branding.
