AU-1 Commercial Construction Sealant comes ready to be applied. As a single-component sealant, there is no mixing required, saving time and reducing errors. TOWER’s Acrylic Urethane technology can be wiped clean with soap & water before curing, ensuring an easy application, without a need to tape joints up. Additionally, this technology allows pails of product to be resealable for future use, without worry of the sealant curing inside of the package. AU-1 offers initial adhesion that does not require priming for most applications, including concrete, metals, and other porous and non-porous substrates.

Eco-Friendly

AU-1 Commercial Construction Sealant is VOC compliant nationwide, including all CARB and SCAQMD requirements. An easy soap & water cleanup also means that there are no additional solvents added to the job-site for prep or cleanup of tools, allowing for a very environmentally friendly solution. TOWER’s commitment to green building includes a phthalate-free manufacturing facility, and initiatives to reduce landfill waste from packaging with the TOWER reusable caulk tube system.
